Capital deployment in the Middle East’s transport and logistics sector is shifting from standalone assets to corridor-led investments where trade demand, connectivity, and policy alignment converge. As supply chains rebalance and diversification accelerates, the region is emerging as a corridor economy linking Asia, Europe, and Africa through integrated multimodal networks.

This paper examines where infrastructure gravity is forming and where investment readiness is accelerating across roads, rail, ports, logistics, and air transport. Rather than cataloguing projects, it evaluates corridor-level investability, identifying nodes and networks that are structurally positioned to attract capital, cargo, and long-term returns.
